The Meeting Place?
Life is so often fast and furious, it can feel like there isn’t enough time or space in the day to take a moment, pause or have a break.
Living in survival mode is a common term used nowadays. Perhaps our physical bodies start to show signs of ‘wear and tear’, or we find we get triggered by people or situations more often. We may feel regularly overwhelmed with emotions and restoring a sense of balance becomes more and more difficult.
In short we don’t feel great and life can feel hard work.
It’s not a new concept that our physical issues often reflect our inner emotional state. Our frame of mind, thoughts, feelings & emotions are constantly calling for our attention.
The ‘Meeting Place’ is a process of creating a space where you can bring awareness to, and listen to your inner world.
Becoming aware of your inner dialogue, how you talk to yourself, how you are feeling physically and emotionally and how this may change when thinking of different situation or issues coming up for you in your everyday life.
Another known concept is that our inner world (how we think and feel) is directly reflected in our outer world.
By creating this space of awareness we can begin to meet the world differently.
How It works…
We look at the physical and/or emotional reasons that are showing up for you.
Using Kinesiology we can address these issues and talk about breathing and sitting techniques you can begin to use yourself at home.
The emphasis is to find a way that feels possible for you to ‘meet’ whatever comes up for you, in your own way in your own time.
It is this daily space you can find, however small, where you ‘meet’ yourself more fully and authentically, that can really begin to shift your world.
Kinesiology
Kinesiology is a non invasive holistic health care treatment.
Systematic Kinesiology uses specific muscle tests that relate to different organs and therefore systems in the body; for example, the immune and endocrine, digestive and circulatory systems.
Rather than a test of physical muscle strength, it is the energetic response of the body that is being determined.
Using a combination of lymphatic massage, acupuncture meridians and points, nutrition and emotional release, identified issues can be addressed.

Studying Kinesiology was a significant turning point for me. I became aware of how much we hold in our bodies that we are unaware of.
Much of my own physical ‘dis-ease’ was directly linked to how I viewed myself internally; my thoughts, feelings and emotions.
I realised how completely exhausted I was from holding so much of so long.
I needed to ‘meet’ the world differently.
The game changer for me was the more I listened to my inner world, the more things shifted in my outer everyday life.
Things that had felt difficult, heavy, stuck, super triggering and highly emotional began to make sense.
It was the start of living from the ‘inside - out’ if you will. I won’t deny it can be challenging, there are always very valid reasons why we may choose not to listen to ourselves.
Some Background…
However, this process is so rewarding. We all experience difficult times. It’s how we choose to meet them.
We all have an intuition that literally holds all the answers to any questions we have for ourselves. When we find the space to listen, we can meet the world from a much more authentic place, which can lead to much more ease, balance and true peace of mind.
